Yes. I provide both remote and on-site IT support depending on the issue. Many problems can be resolved remotely for faster response, but on-site visits are available when needed.
I serve Cleveland, TN and surrounding areas (Bradley County and nearby counties). Remote support is available outside the local area.
Availability is Mon-Fri from 5PM to 10PM, and Sat-Sun open 24 hours. Emergency requests may be handled outside these hours when possible.
No. Monthly IT maintenance plans are offered on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts required.
Pricing depends on the type of service needed. One-time support is billed per request, while monthly maintenance plans offer predictable pricing. You can request a quote through my contact form.
